• Dispatch Timeline: All orders are shipped directly from our Gurgaon facility and will be dispatched within 7 to 14 days from the date of purchase.

• International Orders: Customers ordering from outside the country are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes levied by their local authorities. Please note that these charges are not included in your order total.

Sizing, Returns, & Exchanges

• Size Selection: To ensure the perfect fit, we highly recommend carefully reviewing our garment size chart before placing your order.

• Non-Customized Exchanges: If you ordered a standard item (without name customization) and need a different size, we are happy to help! Simply courier the product back to our address, and we will process your size exchange as soon as the package is received.

• Customized Item Policy: Please note that any products featuring personalized customizations are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
